During Disney Springs Flavors of Florida, more than 30 dining locations in Disney Springs offer special menus, that feature dishes and drinks that highlight the flavors of different regions in Florida. You can also indulge in fresh seafood from the Gulf Coast, succulent BBQ from the panhandle, and zesty Cuban sandwiches from Miami.

The BOATHOUSE

For seafood lovers, the BOATHOUSE is a must-visit during the Flavors of Florida event. The BOATHOUSE is also known for its signature steaks and seafood like Roasted Golden Tilefish with coconut ginger rice. Mandarin orange cream tart here is a mouth-watering dessert that you should definitely try after your meal.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

 

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is known for its Southern comfort food, and during Flavors of Florida, it will offer you Fried Green Tomatoes with a Floridian twist. This restaurant also features a Florida Grouper Sandwich topped with avocado and tomato salsa that you will love!

Morimoto Asia

If you want to try a fusion of Asian and Floridian flavors, Morimoto Asia provides you with the Florida Rock Shrimp Tempura. This dish combines the succulent, sweet rock shrimp found off Florida’s coast with a light, crispy tempura batter, creating a delightful blend of textures and flavors.

The Polite Pig
